Disliked: The location right by the airport. Constantly having planes fly right over you. Really loud

Relaxing, and enjoyable

Liked: The efficiency of the staff, ideal location both from the shopping centers and airport, friendly, welcoming and hospitable environment and staff.
Disliked: The breakfast menu could’ve been a bit different on a daily basis as opposed to the same menu everyday. More local breakfast options to explore or onsite chef making omelets etc.

Disliked: Run down. Ac unit made horrible noises all night. Bed uncomfortable. Total mess of a place.

Liked: Proximity to DFW airport and free shuttle service. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Aside from check in, good...

Liked: Conveniently located. Comfortable beds, room clean, good breakfast
Disliked: Check in was slow. Receptionist was on his phone and had to be interrupted before he noticed people were waiting to be checked in.
