Liked: Room was clean. The rooms were quiet-couldn’t hear the noise from the hallway or other rooms above or below! Staff was very friendly. Jonathan at the front desk was great! Jonathan had great customer service.

Liked: Breakfast was great, food was very good, Dining area kept very clean and organized. The whole facility had a great feel, pool and exercise room were excellent. Coffee 24 hours a day was perfect!
Disliked: Room not visited for new towels on second day, tissues never replaced. Had to request towels on the night of second visit. Air conditioner dirty, dehumidifier in room also dirty.

Heated pool was cold

Liked: Under the pull out bed had lots of food underneath and woke up to a large spider on the floor

Liked: The night desk man, Tony, was the best. We came in late and tired. He took care of us and made conversation easy. The breakfast was the best we've had in a long while, as most hotels have gone to self-made waffles and coffee.
