Liked: Service was great; staff were very friendly and always willing to help with a smile; our room was clean and a nice size. Looking forward to staying there next time.

Staff was very nice and helpful with our visit to the area. The fire alarm did go out twice during our stay but they had crews working on their water lines. There was a faint odor that we can't place. I think it might have been from the industrial facilities behind the hotel. Breakfast was great :)

Liked: The hotel and room was clean and the staff was prompt, helpful and friendly. The room was exactly as described. The location being next to Lucas Stadium couldn't be beat.
Disliked: The beds were a bit too firm for everyone

Disliked: We stayed out late for a comedy show and stayed one night but could possibly stay for another but changed our mind when we wake up before 9am to housekeeping knocking on our door wanting to clean our room. Not happy.
