Very nice staff but had...

Liked: Staff was very nice and efficient with check-in and check-out.
Disliked: At time of check-in the bathroom floor was very sticky and there were three small bugs with what appeared to be a nest in the corner behind bathroom door. Breakfast ended at 10am but check out was not until 11am.

Liked: The price was good but now I see why. I was really excited about the heated pool. I don't think the pool itself was heated just the air in the room. Very small towels. We all left with sore throats and eyes burning. Breakfast was a joke. Other than the yogurt or bagels wasn't much of a breakfast compared to other places I've stayed. The eggs were horrible. My room had hair everywhere. And very dirty.

Liked: Nothing elaborate but had what we needed
Disliked: Our bathroom sink and floor were not clean

Planting flowers on my parents...

Liked: Breakfast was good. The room was for handicapped and I am not. Made me feel a little uncomfortable was wanting a bathtub for relaxing but just a shower.
Disliked: Should have been told about the handicapped room. Than I could have requested a different one.

Pleasant. We will return to...
