I would ask to check...

Liked: The property was nice from the outside and the lobby.
Disliked: My room smelled like mold. We had maintenance come and check the air conditioner because it was leaking water on the floor.

Liked: it was nice to have breakfast ready to go. without having to leave the facility.
Disliked: after booking on the card and booking.com saying that I could pay at the facility. I chose to do that. when I got home after a one-day stay, I realized I had been charged at the hotel too. somebody should clean up their act. it was okay in the end because they did refund my money on my card, but that could have been embarrassing.
