Overall good experience.
Liked: The room was large and spacious, the location quiet with no noise.
Breakfast had a good variety of choices.
You need a car for this location as it is off a service road.
Disliked: there was nothing I didn't like, at a push, probably the location is not perfect but I knew that when I booked it.

Liked: The food in general was great.
Disliked: Hose keeping can check in to see if there is trash u want pick up. Especially if do not have do not disturb hanging on ur door.

Disliked: Light fixtures broken, iron damaged, clogged shower drain, shaky toilet felt like it would give in each time you sat on it.

This is going to be...
Liked: **Note : this is my third time staying in this hotel**
* Location : Was so convenient for where I wanted to be, many restaurants around the corner, gas stations, stores and 3 minutes away from I-10 Freeway .
* Customer Service : I had mixed feelings about the staff and the customer service, but to be fair, the overall outcome is very satisfactory and great, details below :
Incident 1 : My booking was non-refundable and I had a personal emergency caused me to delay my flight for 3 days. I contacted booking.com asking them to move the whole booking period with the new check-in date (3 days later than the original date) without charging me extra. The hotel has been contacted, and they did not only grant me that, but also maintained the rate and gave me 2 dollars back in rate difference; that definitely exceeded my expectations.
Incident 2: The AC broke in the first day I has checked in, and they didn't only changed my room, but the upgraded me as well.
Incident 3 : My AC in the new room also stopped working, and it was fixed in the same day
Incident 4 : During my check out, I was asked if I have faced any problems with my room, I mentioned the AC incident, and I was refunded 2 nights as a compensation !
Front desk people try to help and make the customer happy for sure
* Breakfast: Really nice, few options of eggs , sausages and bacon. Different types of bagels, cinnamon rolls and breads. Oatmeal, cereals and yogurt. Coffee, tea, juices and fruits. The breakfast ladies are really nice and helpful !
* Free WiFi and very fast
* Parking is available all the time
* Trollies to bring in and out the luggage
Disliked: ** Note : The stars I have given maybe higher than what it really is, but I am trying to be as objective as possible** * Being my third time in this facility, I have noticed a change in the overall experience especially with the profile of residents in the hotel. * Needless to say, the AC broke twice * Customer Service: I was looking for a long stay (75 nights), the thing is, I didn't feel the urge from the hotel to keep me and make sure I stay - I assume 75 nights is good business !- . To be fair I was offered a lower price but there was defiantly a room for a better deal and I tried to show them the offers I have gotten from another hotels coz I wanted to stay being so convenient to me. The way it was handled was quite like, this is what the system says, cant help ! I ended up moving to another hotel, with identical facilities within the same area, paying the rate I was looking for. *Overall comment, it seems like a transitional period for this hotel ( new management or so), the sense I got out of my stay this time is like, everyone wants to do the task they need to do but they are not motivated to do so.
