Exceptional

Disliked: Kids stomping on floor above. Had to call front desk 2 times. They called the room 2 times and it slowed down a lot.

Excellent overall.

Liked: Excellent stay. We stayed 2 nights. Good place. Location was good. Will stay again when we return to Hot Springs . Hotel breakfast was above average for hotel.

Disliked: There was a tapping noise in the vent of the restroom every time we turn on the light

Liked: The staff were friendly, it felt safe, it was clean.
Disliked: My family didn’t enjoy the pool and that was a big part of our stay. It’s a building flaw- the pool area is like a greenhouse. It was SO HOT inside the pool room. Definitely need to invest in some ventilation. Overhead fans, replace the windows with ones that have screens and can be opened… something. It was so hot it was miserable.

Liked: The breakfast was good, better than average free hotel breakfast.
Disliked: Was not anything to seriously dislike. Rooms are on the small side.

Liked: The staff were very friendly. Nice breakfast with a wide variety of food (cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurts, muffins and more)
Disliked: The place was worn down. We only stayed one night out of the two that we booked. Would be a lot better with some cleaning or remodeling. The staff were very friendly but I had to request a change of the bedsheets because they were full of dark hair. Overall icky
