Liked: They were doing alot of constru tion,painting. Just remodling that was biggest issue.
Disliked: I expected a bigger and nicer room but it was clean room and comfterble.

Liked: Breakfast was good location was good room was decent had to ask for towels staff was friendly
Disliked: The pool area did not have enough seating It had Tables but only two chairs to sit around the tables at the pool. It also had tables outside but no chairs. I asked the front desk the clerk was like confused that I was asking about chairs for the tables. I had to use the chair from my room to sit at the pool to watch my grandsons swim.

Liked: The room was very comfortable and a nice size The pool was clean and didn’t smell like chlorine The breakfast was very nice Thanks for keeping up with our laundry that we left in the dryer. Most everything was replaceable but our grandson’s hoodie was in there and you know how they are about their hoodies.
Disliked: It was a great location for us. We will stay here when we are in Hot Springs
