Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hope Mills-Fayetteville Airport

Everything was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the beds were awesome. Would love to come back again.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was not very friendly and lacked customer service. The shower door was stuck and hard to push. The toilet ran all night so loudly I had to run the shower to cover the noise.

Liked: Everything! The staff was very nice and helpful! We locked ourself out of our room. No problem they made us another card no questions. The room was clean and very comfortable!
