Very good
Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful; very accommodating. The Hotel itself was very well kept and clean.
Disliked: Nothing to do with the Hotel or staff but we had neighboring guests that were kind of loud and banging on the floor. We didn't complain but they do have posted signs on the wall to be mindful of noise after 8pm.

They stole my money!
Liked: The hotel itself is a Lovely Hotel the staff however and the new way they're doing things I will not be back
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that this hotel was booked with a pay when we get to the hotel and they tried to charge my card three times before even getting to the hotel then we get to the hotel and we check in we at the hotel find out that there's a 50 extra dollar charge that they were going to take and we weren't going to be able to get it back until 5 to 7 Days afterwards so whatever we pay $500 and go to our room and then we get a call stating that the $50 extra charge didn't go through but yet it did because it was taken from the account immediately when I checked mobile banking so we went down to the front and they take another $50 so now we're at $100 extra than what we had planned on spending and was told don't worry about it five to seven business days it'll be put back on your card well it has now been almost a month since I've stayed and I still have not received any money I have called and talked to managers and they said oh yeah we just sent it through again so 5 to 7 more business days five to seven more business days and I've gotten nothing. At this point I now would like a refund I have stayed at this hotel 5 to 6 times a year for the last 8 years and I have had an enjoyable time every time except for this one. In the past it has been just that I pay at the hotel when I get there and they hold the card they do not hold any money they do not actually take any money until I check out and then if there's a problem they would take money I have never stayed at a hotel that has taken money the day I check in in case I damage anything so we went $100 shy on our vacation with two children and now a month later and I still don't have my money back.

Clean and well maintained. Rooms...
Liked: Clean good parking. Close to stores and restaurants
Disliked: Breakfast was very lacking. The eggs - omelette were awful the pancake machine made half cooked pancakes . Muffins very small and mass produced. Yogurts very small . Coffee very good. Food area was near and clean. Staff friendly but hard to understand
