Disliked: I had to track down a remote for the TV and the cable was broke off from the TV

Liked: Very nice clean hotel
Disliked: Great breakfast!

Liked: Hotel room floor was wet and the room was dirty.
Disliked: The staff at the front desk was ok.

Disliked: It was kinda difficult to locate as it was sitting behind another hotel drove by it 2X

Disliked: Our key did not work the entire weekend because our lock was not charged. Hotel was fully booked so we could not move to another room. We had to get hotel staff to let us in our room each time we left/returned. No one cared. Many other issues as well.

Disliked: The room was just old and dirty. Hair in the shower, some weird black stuff, all over one of the beds and on the pillow. The other bed had a big stain on the sheet that you could see. They had not refilled the body wash in the shower. Overall not great.

Liked: Very nice clean spacious very comfortable.Good breakfast in the lobby I didn't get a chance to meet the staff but overall l love it
Disliked: They never came to clean my room the whole time I was there and they Never brought me clean towels That's the only problem I had there

Liked: Great hotel. This will definitely choose this hotel when I travel to Greenwood, Mississippi. The room was very clean, the size of the room was great. I enjoyed working out in the gym. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: I enjoyed every thing about the hotel. I wish the treadmill was functioning.
