Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The AC worked excellent and the bed was very comfortable. I was thankful for the mini fridge.
Disliked: The check in process was very difficult for me. It took me an hour or more to finally get checked into my room. I booked the room through booking.com and paid in full. When I arrived at the hotel I was told my virtual card was declining and I couldn’t be let into my room. I spent 45 minutes on hold with booking.com trying to get the issues resolved. That wasn’t really the properties fault as much as booking.com but it was still a huge inconvenience.

Liked: Barbara at the front desk, Ms. Pat & Carlos were excellent hosts. Made us feel right at home.
Disliked: Little/ no housekeeping. Had to ask for sheets & blanket to the pull out, fresh towels after 2nd night and took trash out ourselves.
