Liked: great location, staff was very friendly and helpful, very clean, loved the indoor pool. felt very safe.
Disliked: liked it all no complaints

Good food & place. Needs...

Liked: The ladies in the breakfast area are very kind and helpful.
Disliked: Would really like some cut up fruit in the breakfast area, and not just whole pieces of fruit. Also, our room had a remote control with no “guide” button, and there was no channel guide on the television. You had to flip through over 100 channels to find out what was on. Very frustrating!!

Great location to everything.

Liked: Loved the size of the room and comfy beds. The breakfast was a great variety and the staff was amazing.
Disliked: No biggie just the toilet kept hanging up when you flushed it but just jiggle the handle and it's fine.

Excellence, best service we have...

Liked: I messaged someone and asked them if they could doSomething special because this was for my parents getaway and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. So incredibly thankful for the amazing staff! They placed roses and made towel animals etc. it was an amazing surprise for them!
