I have been to many hotels all around the United States and even some outside of the United States. This hotel was by far the best. The rooms were as clean as could be. They really looked brand new. The staff was wonderful. Just a great hotel overall.

Liked: Best hotel stay I have ever stayed in.

Very well, kept clean property...

Liked: The property was well-maintained, clean the fit and finish on Everything was nice. Nothing was sloppy, even the pool and hot tub area was nice, towels were available. Tables and chairs were neat.
Disliked: The only real issue I had with the property was the amount of fabric softener that they used on the sheets and comforters. You could actually feel it on your skin and smell it after you were out of the bed other than that I had no issues.

Disappointing

Liked: Beds were comfortable and later check out.
Disliked: Our room was not ready until 5pm with a guaranteed 3 pm check in. When given this information hospitality was unapologetic and simply stated they were "understaffed". Air conditioner unit was not functioning properly.

It was overall excellent stay...

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful, great customer service!
Disliked: It was pricey, I under the supply was low and the demand was high.

Great staff and rooms but...

Liked: I liked that the staff was nice and helpful. Accommodations were comfortable! Breakfast was subpar. Pool and hot tub area was very nice!
Disliked: I paid ahead through booking.com and even though I stated at check in that I did and showed the receipt I was double charged for my room. HOWEVER, when I called staff was pleasant and fixed the problem. I wasn't happy I have to wait for refund BUT they didn't argue or try to give me a hard time, they did send receipt via email stating I would receive my refund and were pleasant and helpful on the phone.
