Great staff low level accommodation

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Rooms weren't put together very well carpet stapled to the wall, fixtures falling out of the wall, wallpaper not put on the wall correctly. Looks very much like a hand-me-down hotel

Disliked: That the place I booked room Thur would let me cancel when the said I could cancel days before I advised!

Liked: Rooms were spacious and the food was hot & fresh.
Disliked: The pool was over chlorinated. Our eyes were burning and the kids were coughing choking coughing from the fumes.

Liked: The room was nice and clean
Disliked: The pool ended up getting closed down and we asked when it was going to be fixed and was told two different things then the next morning we were told it wouldn't be fixed until Maintenance came in on Monday. The pool was the main reason we went there and we only got to swim for maybe 15 minutes if we were lucky.
