Liked: The staff were very nice! You don’t get that very often anymore!
Disliked: Shortage of towels. Chair in the room wasn’t the cleanest and the room had a bad odor. We had to keep spraying fragrances so the smell wasn’t bad.

Disliked: I was charged a local fee of $100 and I'm still waiting on it to get back on my bank card. It was an unexpected expense and the hotel blamed booking.com for not telling me of this unexpected charge.

Liked: Easy to get to Seymour Johnson.
Disliked: The TV in the room had no remote. Consequently, no way to turn on the TV, check the weather forecast, etc. The girl at the front desk tried to provide a universal remote, but was unable to get the TV to connect/ work via the codes she had. She stayed until around midnight trying to solve the problem but was unable. The guy who was working the night, said that he between taking care of customers, he was going to the empty rooms, trying to find a TV that he could trade with the TV in my room. By 12:45 AM, I told him, that I was going to bed, but thanks for the effort. Upon checking out the manager offered to take $30 dollars off my bill and said that the owners don't like to offer a free night to make up for inconveniences.
