I stayed for 1 night and thank goodness that is all I had to stay for. The first room they gave us smelled of mildew and everything felt "wet". After looking at the A/C I found mold and mildew where the air blew out. I immediately requested a new room. They did upgrade us to a suite that didn't smell but it still didn't feel clean. I will not be staying at that hotel again.

Ordinary not good but served...

Liked: Included breakfast but very ordinary selection of foods! Why is everything on paper plates these days?? We stayed overnight before boarding a cruise the next day. When we arrived the rooms weren’t ready. Two couples in two separate rooms where one couple never received towels till 7pm. I thought COVID staffing issues were over!

Liked: Excellent cost benefit, especially if compared with similar brands. Hotel looks renovated. Very friendly staff helped me with a situation with my luggage, many thanks to managers Nicolle and Jenny.
