Disliked: the washing sink is inside the bathroom.

Close to town but could...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Fois choices & quality of food Floors were slimy in the Breakfast area
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed,nice pillows. Sheets had stains. Bathroom floor could of been cleaner as debris found under sink. Windows were opened but were broken,screen coming off track.

Liked: the breakfast was exceptional
Disliked: we had several issues that had to be addressed. the cable wire in back of our TV was cut. they did fix that promptly. The glass door in the shower would pop open while you were showering resulting in water getting on the floor. The door would not stay closed. We advised three different people, but it was never taken care of. Our room faced the Expressway and it was very loud at times. We did not have a good view of anything, Our room number was 326.

Disliked: Limited breakfast selections. Maple syrup but no waffle maker. No orange juice. Coffee was excellent.

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: There were no drapes, just a translucent shade, and just outside the window was a light box with multiple blue LED lights….appeared to be architectural lighting. It was like sunrise ALL night! As for calling down to the desk, after 4-5 attempts getting a busy signal, I gave up. Also, the charging ports need updating! The ones by the bed didn’t work at all, and only one out of my three devices use that old port anyways. Plus, the coffee maker didn’t work. It made the coffee with cold water. and the toilet paper holder was loose so the roll fell off….yuck. I really expected more from a Holiday Inn, and a $200 room. My only hope now is that you will somehow make this right because I’m feeling very tired and totally ripped off.
