Liked: The night desk attendant was not at the desk for at least 20 minutes when we arrived for check in. He did his job once he showed up but very unprofessional

Disappointing

Disliked: Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Matress needed replacement. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn express in Versailles, and it far exceeded this one.

Not what we expected

Liked: The breakfast was good. The room was clean. But we booked all the rooms for a school dance competition and the pool was suppose to be operational but they would t let us use it. We could have stayed at another hotel with a pool had we known we wasn’t allowed to use it. And we could have stayed cheaper .
Disliked: Our group of kids was not allowed to use the pool. That’s the only reason we stayed there.
