Weekend stay

Liked: CleanLots of spaceComfortable beds
Disliked: Plenty of parking ,but barely any open spots. [Nearby restaurants visitors where using up hotels lot] Couple outlets in room were lose. Couldn't hold charge box, kept unplugging. Hallways too darkIce maker out of orderHardly ever saw any staff, seemed to always have a sign upPool very cloudyWifi wouldn't always work

Liked: Breakfast was Uh-May-Zing! The pool was fun and the bed was very comfortable.

Disliked: The fridge was broken kept freezing things, and the bed was uncomfortable

Bed bugs, leaking roof, rude...

Disliked: Bed bugs were found in room #217. They were shown to staff who refused to refund money, despite not staying in the hotel and only being in the room long enough to flip the covers back and see the bugs crawling. We had to flee our home due to flooding, while I was 9 months pregnant and In this incredibly stressful situation this hotel and management went beyond being unaccommodating. While speaking with staff at the front desk, another customer brought concerns of a leaking ceiling to their attention at which time they were also disregarded and refused a refund as well. I have sent endless emails and made multiple phone calls to rectify our experience there and get a refund for a hotel we couldn't even stay in but to no avail. I absolutely would avoid this establishment at all cost. Sleep in your car before you sleep here.
