Disliked: Overall cleanliness, our sink in our bathroom wouldn't drain and once it got to a certain level, it would overflow from under the counter all over the floor. We called the desk during the night shift bc the people in the room next to ours were smoking pot and it could strongly be smelled in our room because of the conjoined rooms. All the night shift employee could say was he could smell anything bc he had a horrible sense of smell. Offered to split my family up and allow my wife to go stay in another room with our 9 week old because it only had one king bed and we had 2 others in our room that had a sofa bed that they were sleeping on. I've had better stays at cheaper hotels. Do a better job, especially for the prices it costs for families who are traveling for their child's sporting events.

Served it purpose but could...

Liked: Morning breakfast. Ashley at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Always had a smile.
Disliked: Bed was hard, no clock in the room, no hair dryer, (we did ask for one at the front desk and they brought one up to us) no extra blankets. The conditioner bottle in the shower was filled with shampoo. The hotel was advertised having a spa, but it did not. We asked at the front desk. They said they got rid of it about a year ago. Shouldnt advertise one then. I specifically look for a spa when choosing a hotel.

Perfect for what we needed!

Liked: Friendly, clean, great communication, great price, beautiful room. We would definitely return if we needed to be in the area again.
