Disliked: I was overbooked. I needed two rooms but I got four. We used 3 rooms.

Overnight stay before cruising.
Liked: Bed was comfortable for a one night stay.
Disliked: No easy access to food. We flew into town. Restaurants nearby but you had to cross very busy roads and it was dark. I wish there was more shuttle access to take guests to nearby shopping center/restaurants.

Stay good / Shuttle Not...
Liked: The staff. Mac was awesome. Although it was really busy, he was very attentive to his customers, including us. He was very helpful with information and very nice.
Disliked: Airport shuttle. We arrived at the airport, called for a shuttle, and were told where to wait. The problem was no information given what vehicle to look for, so every van with IHG on it was the wrong one. After about 45 minutes, I called back and was told by a female that it is Ft Lauderand the driver just left the airport, and why didn't I stop him. I told her that I didn't know who to look for and the drivers didn't announce who they were there for. They just pull up. She said it would be another hour but fortunately it was only about 30 minutes. Once at the hotel, I saw how busy it was, so I kind of understood. Maybe having someone dedicated to shuttle service instead of having to check people in and dispatch shuttle. Also, maybe a little more information on the shuttle itself since there are so many different shuttles. How was I supposed to know to look for IHG / Candlewood Suites???
