Disliked: The room wasn’t clean. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and I woke up in the morning with a random hair on my arm from the bed I slept in. You could tell the sheets had not been changed and the bed wasn’t even fully made

Nice hotel for a night

Liked: The room was very clean, beds were slightly uncomfortable. The elevator was not in the best of shape. Made a lot of noise. Pool was nice, towels well stocked.

Disliked: My account has now been charged 4 times for a 1 night stay despite conversations with the hotel. Would not recommend booking there or thru your service. My 1 night stay has cost me dearly in bank fees this weekend. And after all the inconvenience and hassle not even a discount offered. Not a good look.

Great place to stay while...

Liked: This hotel was super clean and just beautiful- the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was top notch. The breakfast attendant was so kind and it felt like she really loved her job. Would definitely recommend! Also the Christmas decor was beautiful
