Disliked: My husband who is in a wheelchair could not get into the bed because it was too high ..34.5 inches. That is not accommodating for someone who has limited mobility. This was in the accessible room. The couch was lower, however, the mattress was so bad he sunk into a whole in the middle of the mattress. We cut our trip a day short due to the difficulties in the room. A complaint has been lodged with corporate, I have a case number, but have not been contacted. Will not stay there again.

Liked: Comfort and cleanliness of the room.
Disliked: Front desk employee was obviously overwhelmed at check in. Check in time was 4 pm, at almost 5 pm our room still wasn’t ready so we left for dinner. At 6:45 pm, we realized we still never received a call saying our room was ready. Upon calling back, the employee said “he forgot to call us, but our room had been ready.”
