An excellent base for our...

Liked: We were only in town for one night and the location was perfect. Handy walking distance to all on offer at Fishermans Wharf, ferries etc and perfectly located close to the Big Bus Tour. The staff were absolutely awesome to deal with and very accommodating around helping us store our luggage etc. The breakfast was all that we required to start the day, and the seating area was nice and clean. Our room was a great size too. Would absolutely stay again!
Disliked: I cant think of anything we didn't like at the hotel

Liked: The location was great and it was a clean and comfortable room. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was subpar. Parking fees were high.

It was a great choice...

Liked: Walking distance to the pier, the hotel was super clean with a lot of tourists. We ordered DoorDash and came super fast. The parking was a lot but actually worked out because you can’t check out and leave your car til about 6pm so we got to stay have lunch and ride the ferry and shop a little before we left without paying and looking for parking again.

If not for the incompetence...

Liked: Location was ok. Facility also ok. A Filipino man working there, Rick, was very polite.
Disliked: Front counter staff. Rude and incompetent. I asked for an early check in when I booked this ages ago. I understand these are subject to availability. But we are Australians and our flights from Vegas arrived early. We were advised nothing available but they would call us when there was. We returned at 4:30om to the most unhelpful rude reception man I've ever met. Sack him!!' He didn't care a bit. Just said no one told him about it so he did t want to even discuss it. I would t feed this guy. Pathetic!!

Good location for tourists.

Liked: Very comfortable bed and bathroom. The breakfast was very handy, be it all too sugary.
Disliked: The floors and bath were not thoroughly cleaned: many hairs still remaining on the floor, tiles, tubs. My safe did not work. Although I contacted the hotel manager on the second day, the problem was never fixed. Fire alarm went off during my 2nd night ... after evacuation, we did not receive any info from the hotel staff. The whole alarm was handled rather unprofessionally in my opinion. We just stood outside, the fire dept came and went, and the staff did not really communicate at all afterwards. No idea what really happened.
