Very convenient place to stay

Liked: Facilities were very clean, Room was great, breakfast had lots of great options, pool and jacuzzi were great
Disliked: The receptionist was bot very nice and had a serious attitude. The toilet in one of our rooms wasn't wkg and we had to move rooms- rather than her apologizing for broken toilet she acted like we were putting her out.

Disliked: Room wasn’t very clean - specifically the shower.

Disliked: It was so expensive. Over $400 per night just because there an event going on. I don’t know why we have no guard rail in price gouging.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: I use a wheelchair. I was in town for cancer surgery. I had requested a handicap accessible room due to bathroom needs. Not given accessible room. Toilet was the old standard height of 14-16". Transfer from chair to seat was beyond difficult. I had requested a shower chair at check in. Clerk acknowledged my request, but no chair ever came. Bed was so high I had to sleep on the couch because I couldn't reach it. Switched to Candlewood Suites, who accommodated me last minute and simply upgraded me to room that suited my needs, at regular price. Holiday Inn, however, offered nothing for my inconvenience. CS definitely has any future business.
