A great hotel that more...

Liked: Great hotel. We were upgraded to a handicap suite room which was very spacious with a living room, two tv's, a kitchen area area and even a large outdoor area. The bathroom was huge. The room was clean and updated. The waiting area was nicely decorated and the hotel provided a great breakfast with both cold and hot items. It was a walkable distance to shopping and restaurants.

Liked: Our family has had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn Express! The staff is friendly and helpful. The residence is quiet and clean. We have had to be out of our home for a longer period of time than expected, and the staff has been so accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel!

No hot water

Disliked: The boiler was out so the water we lukewarm at best. The staff did not bother to inform us of this condition. When checking out I was informed that the boiler was out and would not be repaired for several days without offering any compensation as I used a third party to book the rooms, I stated that I would contact the corporation and was told it was privately owned. How are they cleaning the buffet serving dishes and utensils?

Enjoyable get-away for a special...

Liked: Friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Cleanliness of units. Proximity to other locations we needed to visit. It seems like a small thing, but having "on demand" fresh coffee available at any time was fantastic!
