Will be back even though...

Liked: Great location of the room, Great breakfast, (except there could have been potatoes), very friendly staff, nice room.
Disliked: The toilet was broken on my first night,so I had to put the peice back together after every flush. Another inconvenience was that the spa tub drain cover did not work for us the first day. If I was only staying 1 night, I would have been very upset. Although when we let the desk know in the morning, they promptly fixed the problem, we did not get offered any type of compensation for the inconvenience. We even told them about it being our 15-year anniversary, and they did not offer anything for our occasion. I'm just a little disappointed.

Great location off the Highway...

Liked: Great location to SFO airport but set back from the road. Great to be close to lots of great restaurants too.
Disliked: Breakfast! Paper plates and plastic cups isn’t about looking after the environment it’s about saving costs on staff. Not a great deal of choice for breakfast

Wonderful location, great breakfast, awesome...

Liked: Beautiful property and location. So clean, staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was sooooo good!
Disliked: I wish there was a second elevator but I was okay getting my steps!

Liked: Overall I was satisfied.
Disliked: I didnt like that the swimming pool was out of service. The main reason why me and my wife picked this specific hotel was to experience the swimming pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get to.

Wonderful stay and great staff!

Liked: Amazing breakfast! We expected pastries only yet there were cooked eggs and bacon too!
Disliked: We had a balcony and when other neighbors had their air on it was loud and hot air coming through. Otherwise it was fabulous!

Liked: Location was good. Breakfast was great
Disliked: The pool was out of order- one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the pool feature. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The shades were broken in her room, so we couldn’t lower or raise them. They were stuck in the lower position. the blackout shade was tattered and had holes in it. Despite the fact that we alerted them management team, and no one fixed it.
