Overall it was a good...

Liked: Breakfast options were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel was nice and quiet; we rarely heard other guests or staff around but did see many people staying there. The room was well cleaned and comfortable.
Disliked: I would have liked a fan and a towel bar in the bathroom. The AC control was also interesting and it seemed to almost reset itself or only go on during certain times of day/evening - during a heat wave and staying on an upper floor, it gets warm quickly without it.

Good option for a short...

Liked: Location close to many amenities & shopping areas. Room was also a good size. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast had limited vegetarian options for guests with dietary restrictions/limitations, as opposed to other hotel menus that cater to guests needs.Bed was comfortable, however, its' better to bring your own pillow(s), as the ones provided by hotel were terrible and offered no support for neck/shoulders!

Liked: The hotel was very clean and the staff were attentive and welcoming. The quality of the breakfast exceeded our expectations—everything was fresh and well presented. The pool was also clean and well maintained, with fair and convenient access hours.
Disliked: The air conditioner was extremely noisy, which made it hard to sleep. The TV didn’t have access to Netflix or YouTube, and with a young child, this was quite disappointing—only one local channel was working.Access to the hotel was also very confusing. Both Google Maps and Waze showed the hotel as being directly on the highway, which wasn’t accurate. We had to circle around several times before realizing that the correct entrance was actually off the highway exit before the one indicated by the apps.

Excellent experience

Liked: The best service, every employee is excellent. Perfect breakfast serving, perfect room service.
Disliked: Hot pool needs higher temperature.

Liked: Clean, decent breakfast , friendly staff.
Disliked: The a/c didn’t work properly. It was either really cold or too warm. Luckily we could open the window to cool it down.
