Liked: Beds and bedding and pillows were so comfortable! Staff were friendly and helpful. Liked coffee available all day.
Disliked: Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail when daily cleaning. The price was a little high considering all the properties available in this area.

Disliked: The bed was slanted on one side and I had to sleep in middle. The drawers would open within a minute of closing. Would not stay closed. No hot water till morning we were leaving. Remote barely worked

Disliked: Ice machine not working on the 3rd floor. Although staff was informed at the front desk, not sure if it was checked. Not a big deal as they have ice machines on the other floors.
