Disliked: Needed serious upgrade window were real dirty looking out them pool green no coffee 3 days no fruit no yogurt no jelly no butter pancake machine no mix bed was not up to hig standard will not recommend this place not for the money I spent and rooms I booked 2nd room tiles in bathroom loose door didn't have the safety .latch very disappointing

Disappointed about room cleaning but...

Liked: The bright spot in all of this…The breakfast was actually pretty amazing! Clean area, fresh food, well presented and delicious. I recommend the sausage and biscuits and top it off with one of the cinnamon rolls. Excellent!
Disliked: The front desk guy was not friendly and welcoming. He was just doing the basics of his job. We didn’t expect a band and red carpet, but a friendly greeting would be nice. Sets the tone for the stay. He recited the basics about amenities and handed us the key cards. Our room appeared cleanish, I took off my shoes and walked around getting settled. The bottoms of my whites socks had black tinted stains on the bottoms when I removed them. I quickly put on slides luckily packed. I went to use the bathroom and found dried urine on the toilet seat. I cleaned that off because complaining to Mr. Personality at the desk would have been likely useless. After cleaning the toilet seat, I glanced at the shower tub. It had what looked like years of soap scum stains and rings at various levels almost to the top. Ugg…I decided we will wear slides in the shower. This made me doubt other things in the room. So I did a quick search with my phone flashlight along the mattress piping for bedbug evidence. Found nothing. Thank goodness. We were tired from a long day of driving, I’ve slept in worse places during a my military career. We decided to cut our stay short and forgo our planned, already paid for 2nd night. The morning guy was much more helpful and said he would forward the request to his manager. We made the request through booking too. Heard nothing back from either of them. Oh well.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: The bathroom was not clean at all. The shower had stains on the floor and walls. The floor in the bathroom was not clean either. The value for the money was not good either. Definitely feel like I overpaid.

Disliked: Our door didn’t lock , looked like it had been kicked in . The arm lock was broken , hanging by one piece of medal . When you shut the door anyone could walk right in . Didn’t need a key!!Told the desk band they said “ ok we will put in a matienance order!!?!We had 2 lights next to our beds that had no shades?? We couldn’t turn them on because they would blind us!! The breakfast was pretty bad ! Out of pancake mix so they didn’t serve that . Not much fresh fruit . Pretty sad breakfast . Our shower had black specks of dirt all over the floor , so I had to wash it when we got there. Worst holiday inn we have ever stayed in .
