The stay was not pleasant...

Liked: The location
Disliked: They had no towels for the second day, the bathroom was not clean when we received our room and the sink was stopped up and no one try to fix it. It was reported and they made excuses about they forgot and the workers went home. The staff for the second shift stated no one washed any towels they all went home. No one even cleaned room on second day when was asked too. I’ve never stayed at any hotel that didn’t have clean towels and wash cloths.

Disliked: I had my service dog in my room and was called by management to say I would be charged extra on my bill. I agree with having policies in place but accommodations should be for service dogs. My husband and children came to visit during my business trip but i was alone for most of the time. My service dog was left in the room for a short period during the day. This is when the staff found her. I'm not supposed to be without her at night especially. Another thing was the internet. There was a storm one of the days and internet was out but even still I found it very difficult to access the internet. This was greatly disappointing. I had to use my phone hot spot to get work completed.
