Exceptional

It was fine

Liked: I liked the location a lot as it was close to a lot of different places in Dallas.
Disliked: It was a bit overpriced than what it the experience and service was like. The room had a weird odor to it and there were some issues with the TV at first arrival. The ventilation was a bit poor and air conditioning was a bit much. It also said on the amenities there was Netflix included on the TV however it did not.

Exceptional

Liked: Absolutely loved our stay here! Came to Dallas for a concert and didn’t want to stay downtown so we chose this location and it was the best decision I made. So many food options close by and with a Walmart practically next door for last minute shopping. Front desk was very nice both at check in and check out and the breakfast was great!! We’ll be back in two months for another concert and for every trip in the future!! I highly recommend!!

The cleanliness of the room...

Liked: Easy to get to and staff was welcoming.
Disliked: A few things with our room. 1) Walls in bathroom were dirty. Looked like makeup stains. 2) Something really nasty was on the wall by the bed. We used a cloth to knock it down. It looks like a giant chunk of hair and dirt mixed. 3) The bathtub wouldn’t drain so we all stood in each other’s water to shower. Nasty.

Liked: Overall, the hotel seemed reasonably clean during our stay. There were a few minor areas that could use some extra attention, but nothing too concerning. I appreciated the effort the staff put into keeping the place tidy. Perhaps a slightly more detailed cleaning routine in certain spots would be beneficial. I would still consider staying here again in the future.
Disliked: I had requested a crib for my one-year-old son prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, the crib was not in our room when we checked in, which was a bit disappointing. I politely brought it to the attention of the staff, but there is no crib in the entire time we stayed here. Hopefully, they can improve on this aspect for future guests. I appreciate the effort they put into breakfast; it was quite tasty. However, I noticed that the choices were a bit restricted compared to other places. It would be wonderful if they could broaden the menu with more options. Perhaps adding a few more hot dishes would be a great improvement. Overall, though, I still enjoyed the breakfast.
