Liked: I switched rooms 3 times after my arrival. Rooms were dated and dirty with odor. I had to settle.
Disliked: Update the rooms

Liked: It was an older property but not too bad.
Disliked: Elevator was broke and so was ice machine.

Loved it!

Liked: The property was nice and the staff was great. There was only one working elevator, the ice maker was broken, there was no water out front for the customers. I think it should have been due to the air conditioner was not working well in the lobby.
Disliked: I liked the property and definitely the room. It was just those things that I’m sure the property had no control over.

Extremely Comfortable Stay

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent - a plus for menopausal women. The breakfast was great. The staff was courteous and friendly.

Consistency in cleanliness and welcoming...

Liked: Clean, quiet,upgraded at no cost, decent breakfast, great location. I’ve stayed there at least three times and always consistent. Staff extremely friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Price was a bit higher than other hotels in same area, but I always feel safe and more comfortable there and as a single woman traveling alone I pay the extra for the safety and comfort.
