DISGUSTING

Liked: It was regrettable that we did not stay there for that night due to getting a telephone call from the hotel that they were going to have to raise the rate an additional $25.00 because we requested a Handicap room. This was DISGRACEFUL to say the least. So, if you or anyone else is really concerned on how this effect us, call me.

Superb

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: The keycard stopped working and we had to go downstairs a few times to resolve that. The bathroom fan also didn’t work so it got real steamy in the bathroom.
