Liked: Breakfast was ok
Disliked: 1 The room was not very clean--the tub was not cleaned well, nor was the bathroom floor--the carpetting in the bedroom needs to be steam cleaned.2 The beds are on a platform that is much too high and is difficult to get in and out. WE are both not tall--5'6 and 5'0 each---one has to literally climb a mountain to get onto the mattresses---this was noted to the front desk and she said there have been many complaints about this from other guests---the platforms need to be cut at least in half from the floor and replaced. 3 We could not access the internet from our room--normally all one enters is the last name of the Guest and room number---this required a code and there was no prompt to enter the code4 There were several buttons in the elevators that did not light up when pressed. 5 Our Keurig coffee machine was not operational in Room 214 and the front desk has no replacment for the machine )although I do not know why one could not have been taken from another room when I asked before retiring as the hotel was clearly not fullThats all folks

Liked: Comfy bed.
Disliked: Room smelled terrible. They had no quarters or soap for the laundry facility. Front desk clerk couldn’t leave the front of the tv to help when I needed assistance at the counter. Instead she proceeded to eat, watch tv, and play on her phone and holler at me from across the room.

Liked: The hotel was very nice but what really made it special was the staff…everyone that we came in contact with was friendly and warm and helpful…it was a real pleasure to stay there.
Disliked: Nothing…everything was great.

Disliked: Bathroom needs major updates...caulking just holding up numerous things and mirror and baseboards in the bathroom were in terrible shape...multiple plugs in the room did not work..spent 170 bucks on this room and definitely expected more

Disliked: All breakfast food was out by 7:30. Coffee not replenished timely. Also supposed to have two doubles and my confirmation shows that but given a king and was told my room wasn’t an option anymore

Liked: We had no television that night. I thought they could have taken some money off the bill since the evening became very boring.
Disliked: Lack of television
