Exceptional

Liked: Everything was very nice and king suite was very roomy. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Low end hotel

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk was very busy with something but communicated well and the check in was fast.
Disliked: Place was worn out, maybe more consistent with a 2 star hotel.Also the door did not fit well or maybe trim was missing. You could see in the hall through opening. The gap allowed a lot of light to enter in the room and even more sound. Not great for sleeping or sound

Liked: The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was clean.
Disliked: I could smell cigarette smoke. Not sure if it was next door or where but I could definitely smell it.

Disliked: The AC had a flashing strobe light all night and was making crackling sounds. We did not sleep well at all!

Liked: Very nice location and if you have never been to Cumberland falls it’s beautiful there!! Breakfast was good
