Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast fine, and front desk staff very helpful
Disliked: The airport shuttle closed at 10 p.m. Key did not work; toilet plugged.

Excellent. But I am wondering...

Liked: Everything exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly pleased given the accommodations I have previously stayed in closer to my destination.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great! Staff were pleasant and helpful, as well as accommodating of my needs.

A good just out of...

Liked: The blackout curtains in these rooms are fantastic.Breakfast was the standard average but it was good for our stayWeird shared parking lot but close to freeway and Dunkin donuts .
Disliked: Weird entry to parking lot from streetHaving to pay to check in at 2pm

Disliked: Breakfast was average at best. There were no actual cups for coffee, just small disposable cups available

Great hotel!

Liked: Loved all the renovations from the last time I was down! The rooms look amazing and smell so fresh and clean!
Disliked: My key card decided to deactivate for some reason on my way back up from grabbing breakfast. I had to go back down to the front desk and get a new card.
