Nice and comfortable. See above...

Liked: The size of the room.
Disliked: Pool needs to be cleaned. Wasn’t aware of a $5 parking fee. The cutting measurements on the bathroom door is off bad and the doors needs a good painting. Overall we had a good stay.

Booking was canceled without my...

Liked: The staff at the front desk was very understanding and empathetic. She apologized profusely and I appreciated her understanding.
Disliked: I'm not sure if it was booking.com or the hotel themselves, but my reservation was canceled without letting me know. I didn't find out until 10:30 p.m. with two children in the car the day of my stay. I was unable to get booked in another room because they were sold out so I had to scramble to find anywhere with availability that I could afford. The staff at the front desk was more than helpful but unfortunately this was my experience.
