Nice stay for a family

Liked: The hotel is very nice and clean. We swam and went in the hot tub. The shower in the room felt so good and thankfully there are dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash cause I had forgotten ours. The lady in the breakfast area was so sweet and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing stood out.

Overall I was very satisfied...

Disliked: I thought the carpet in my room wasclammy and dirty. It could use a good cleaning.

Disliked: There was construction that wasn't posted prior to booking and the hotel called with our accommodations all wrong because they needed our room. I had initially went to the wrong hotel and when I got to the correct one the lady at the front said I wish you would have called to stay there because we are over booked. The hot water was shut off in the morning when I tried to shower. I tried to wash a load of laundry after someone had just completed a load. I paid for laundry soap and the washer then it was out of order. It took maintenance forever to come and look at the washer which could never be fixed. I wasn't offered a refund for the $5 I spent on the machine.
