My experience here was excellent. I want to say an extra special thanks to the staff Joyce, Rosalind, Youself and Antonio. They all made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel like home. This place brought back customer service!
Liked: The hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel. The beakfast was amazing!
Disliked: No low points at all.

Perfect for a night before...
Liked: Convenient to restaurants and the cruise port.

Liked: Check in process was not long even though it was a busy weekend
Disliked: Very clean staff was very friendly and helpful! Especially Jordan at the front desk she made sure my stay was good my shuttle was straight going and coming from carnival cruise

Will come back for sure!
Liked: Can have an earlier check in ( before 3pm)and check out at 1pm. Location is good with supermarket and restaurants right next to the hotel. 24hours brew coffee available. Staff are polite and very helpful.
Disliked: The wall should be thin and can hear what your neighbour says ;(

too far from the terminal...
Liked: nothing really...rooms need to be bigger
Disliked: As much as you charge, you should offer a shuttle to the terminals. There are elderly folks that can't walk to terminals and even though uber/lyft is an option, the amount of money you charge you need to offer shuttle services. I guess Holiday inn has become a part of the greed.

Wouldn't stay there again
Liked: The air conditioning
Disliked: The "elevators were down/out of service" My family and I were traveling with large and heavy bags. I was asked to be moved to the first or second floor. They put us on the 4th floor and asked again and moved to 3rd. I asked if there was service/staff elevator. The attendant at the front desk rudely stated "No we don't. If we had one, I would tell you to use that one". From then on, the stay was ruined due to smartass comments that should had been a simple and polite reply.
