Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cocoa Beach By IHG

My experience here was excellent. I want to say an extra special thanks to the staff Joyce, Rosalind, Youself and Antonio. They all made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel like home. This place brought back customer service!

Liked: The hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel. The beakfast was amazing!
Disliked: No low points at all.

Will come back for sure!

Liked: Can have an earlier check in ( before 3pm)and check out at 1pm. Location is good with supermarket and restaurants right next to the hotel. 24hours brew coffee available. Staff are polite and very helpful.
Disliked: The wall should be thin and can hear what your neighbour says ;(

Liked: nothing really...rooms need to be bigger
Disliked: As much as you charge, you should offer a shuttle to the terminals. There are elderly folks that can't walk to terminals and even though uber/lyft is an option, the amount of money you charge you need to offer shuttle services. I guess Holiday inn has become a part of the greed.

Wouldn't stay there again

Disliked: The "elevators were down/out of service" My family and I were traveling with large and heavy bags. I was asked to be moved to the first or second floor. They put us on the 4th floor and asked again and moved to 3rd. I asked if there was service/staff elevator. The attendant at the front desk rudely stated "No we don't. If we had one, I would tell you to use that one". From then on, the stay was ruined due to smartass comments that should had been a simple and polite reply.

Disliked: Lift was broken. Had to carry suitcases to top floor. No help from staff offered.

Liked: I like everything about this property. This is my 3rd stay here. My family loves the area.

Disliked: The elevators were broke the whole time when I was called I was under the understanding they would be fixed fast but were not. I requested a room on the floor due to having trouble doing the stairs and was not accommodated. When I ask for a trash bag so I could carry my laundry up and down 4 floors I was told they didn’t have one
