Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cocoa Beach By IHG

My experience here was excellent. I want to say an extra special thanks to the staff Joyce, Rosalind, Youself and Antonio. They all made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel like home. This place brought back customer service!

Liked: Breakfast was not bad. The AC was great. It’s controlYour own and it was cold like we prefer.
Disliked: It wasn’t Beachy at all or “near” the beach. We never even saw the beach. The keys didn’t work half the time had to put in and out 10x before working. Tv did not work for us. The bathroom door didn’t lock. We had ants all over the ac unit. And stains on linens. Our window view was a ladder and some trash.
