Liked: Staff was very friendly and the room was perfect for my family.

Overpriced

Liked: Room was large and relatively comfortable.
Disliked: Parking is a disaster! Room has no closet, at least put a wardrobe in, there is plenty of room. We paid over $300 per night...so not worth that rate.

Liked: We enjoyed the pool but that was out of service for 1/2 of a day. And one lady at the front desk was nice
Disliked: The rest of the staff was rude and we had a few issues

Overall love the hotel and...

Liked: The location is great, only about a 20 minute or less drive from a lot of the things we had planned. There’s also a great view of pikes peak from the deck.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress is very old because you sink right into the bed and feel the hard box spring. I woke up with back pain almost every morning. There’s a lot I enjoy about this hotel but may reconsider a different location for the sole purpose of the very uncomfortable beds.
