Disorganization, unresponsive customer and very...

Liked: The hotel structure is fine. I am satisfied, but I felt that they were disorganized and a little dishonest with me. I am still waiting for explanations.
Disliked: I really need help from Booking.com. When I checked in, they couldn't find my second room. There was only 1 room in my reservation. They told me to book my second room when I arrived and directly with the attendant. At the end of the check-out, they charged me 3 amounts, 1 through booking.com ($138.48), another extra room for the same amount ($138.48) and an unknown amount of $156.48, for which I don't know why. I want a refund of $156.48 immediately.

Liked: Clean and convenient
Disliked: There was a $50 security deposit collected at check in and I never got it back. When I called the property for an explanation I was told to talk to the manager who was not available at that time. Really disappointed this was our second time there, obviously the first time was good

Disliked: The breakfast was HORRIBLE. Very cold coffee, spoiled milk and creamer, burned eggs, the gravy wasn’t real gravy and the pancakes were just gross, but it was free so you can’t expect IHOP.
