All 3 ladies that we met during our stay were so much fun. They seem to love the job and were eager to make our stay fun and enjoyable. Me and my best friend went out without our 6 kids to have needed fun and catch a show. I was happy to be greeted with a clean room and we had team of staff members pumping us up as we left for the night. Thanks for making my stay worry free.

Liked: Every single employee we met and cleanliness.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

The experience was enjoyable, however the price could have been better.

Liked: Large room; appeared clean; friendly staff; adjustable air flow; nice view.
Disliked: Pool was closed - odd smell when first entering the room.

Would visit again

Liked: Loved how big the room was!
Disliked: Softer beds, better water pressure in shower, a heated pool ( couldn't go swimming, too cold)

Superb

Liked: The room was very large with a lot of space. The breakfast was great & the kids loved the pool. It was a bargain for how nice it was. We will stay here again.
Disliked: The only issue we had was our bathtub stopper wouldn't stay open.

Don't stay

Liked: I had a place to lay my head for the night.
Disliked: Arrived after check-in time, about 3:15p and they didn't have our room ready. There was another couple sitting in lobby with the same issue! Check-in time is anytime after 3p , why weren't they prepared.? So I was told they'd have it cleaned right away, so we waited, after being tired from driving all day. Finally we were gotten a room and once we got in there it was stuffy and we attempted to turn on the ac unit, and it DIDN'T WORK! Once again I had to contact the receptionist at front desk. She apologized and said there wasn't a maintenance guy on site, she'd try to get ahold of him, and have them work on it. About 2hrs later, after he tinkered with it couldn't get it, and my complaints, the receptionist offered us a free night stay in the future, and a different room. We got the different room, but have not been given the points that equal the free nights stay that she promised. She asked that we wait 7 -10 business days but it has been well past that. After several contacts with her to fulfill her promised, and being strung along, I had to escalate the complaints myself. Don't stay there. The place is run down, in a area that is less desirable. It's NOT like the pictures in the advertisement.

Liked: The staff was so nice. We all got food poisoning but the cleaning ladies and the lady at the front desk were so understanding and nice !

Great area, great value, and...

Liked: Molly at the front is great! Breakfast had a lot of options and was nice to have and the food and sitting area was very clean. Loved that the indoor pool was open. Pool area and gym were mostly clean. Room was big, super comfy, and I always like having coffee and tea in the room. Fridge was a plus! Room and bathroom were clean. They have a shuttle that takes you to different areas and there’s a restaurant in the same parking lot. Great area, great value, and very convenient!!!!

Disliked: Renovation’s were very loud- hammering nine stop for 2 hours. Yes it was late afternoon and early evening, but we were trying to sleep.The bath soap and hand soap were empty and no spare toilet paper.
