All 3 ladies that we met during our stay were so much fun. They seem to love the job and were eager to make our stay fun and enjoyable. Me and my best friend went out without our 6 kids to have needed fun and catch a show. I was happy to be greeted with a clean room and we had team of staff members pumping us up as we left for the night. Thanks for making my stay worry free.

Liked: Every single employee we met and cleanliness.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

The experience was enjoyable, however the price could have been better.

Liked: Large room; appeared clean; friendly staff; adjustable air flow; nice view.
Disliked: Pool was closed - odd smell when first entering the room.

Exceptional

Liked: My husband and I stayed with our 3 and 5 year old. It was clean and the pool was a hit with the kiddos. They also offered a good breakfast spread which was also a hot with the kids. Overall this is a family friendly hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to stay in again.
Disliked: The pool wasn't super huge and even though it was 90 degrees outside the pool water and room were cool. Which wasn't bad for my husband and I but the kids did get a little cold. I don't think that's it's a bad thing however because the pool room didn't feel stuffy like most hotel pools feel.

Disliked: One cleaner lady was a little mean but everybody else was great.

Nice hotel front desk people...

Liked: The room was spacious with two very comfortable queen beds and a pull out couch. The pool was nice but a little chilly and no hot tub.
Disliked: The cleaning crew we had dispensers for the shampoo, conditioner,and body wash in the shower but we didn’t have any body wash we told the front desk and they gave us little bottles but it took over 2 cleaning days to get it filled and it wasn’t our attendant it was another lady we flagged down in the hallway she was very helpful

Exceptional

Liked: Good breakfast and great coffee, location is perfect for Reds game with bus picking you up right outside on the corner, staff was excellent and room was spacious for 5

Disliked: I didn’t like that o paid for a double queen bed room but was given a single with sleeper sofa. Had I known they wouldn’t accommodate what I paid for I’d went to an Airbnb instead.

Disliked: Check in was at 3 and we arrived at 5:30 and couldn’t get into room until 6:30. And there was no vending for water or soda, it was sold out and the air conditioner sucked

Liked: Pool's great room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Everything was set up nicely. No complaints

Good

Liked: The property was close to the Newport Aquarium.
Disliked: The air conditioner was broke in our room. They didn’t have any maintenance available to fix it and couldn’t offer us another room. The pool area was not clean. Pool was not heated.
