All 3 ladies that we met during our stay were so much fun. They seem to love the job and were eager to make our stay fun and enjoyable. Me and my best friend went out without our 6 kids to have needed fun and catch a show. I was happy to be greeted with a clean room and we had team of staff members pumping us up as we left for the night. Thanks for making my stay worry free.

Liked: Every single employee we met and cleanliness.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

The experience was enjoyable, however the price could have been better.

Liked: Large room; appeared clean; friendly staff; adjustable air flow; nice view.
Disliked: Pool was closed - odd smell when first entering the room.

Disliked: The room I booked was not available. I booked a double queen suite and I got a king suite. We had 3 people this was disappointing. I asked for reimbursement but was offered nothing.The room did not have a hair dryer, I had to go to the desk for one. The Kuerig was broken, the front desk did not offer to bring a new one or send coffee, I had to go to the lobby for coffee. I ran out of towels and asked for some to be delivered, I had to go to the front desk for them. There was construction going on, so we had to use the steps
