Disliked: DirtyRequested room be cleaned several times, it was notThe extraction system in the bathroom did not workThe towels had other people’s hairThere was no body soap available the first 2 nights (it was requested and the request was ignored)There was mold in the bathroomCould not shut off the water in the shower the first night and the second, there was no hot water in the showerThe plumber left grease all over the bathroom and the bathroom was not cleaned for us to use afterThe water drained extremely slowly from the bathtub, some I had to shower with water up to mid calfThe staff was antagonistic, rude, and very defensive— they refused to take responsibility for not keeping the hotel room in good state.
