Liked: It was in a good location for my needs.The bedding was nice. The best pillows! Very comfortable. And it was quite. The breakfast area very nice and the attendant was friendly!
Disliked: Carpeting in lobby hallways little outdated could need cleaning. But the room was clean !

Disliked: When I arrived at the front desk, I pulled out my card to pay and the man said they already charged my card on file with booking.com. But the reservation said no pre-payment, pay at the property. I dont put all my cards on file with booking.com. they credited the card and charged my other card i wanted to use. Haven't seen the crdt because its the weekend. But I have a rcpt for the crdt. At checkout, I told the lady the above story. She said because they were a sold out night they charged the card on file with booking.com. I said it was no prepayment. Pay at property and I didn't see a fine print mention of a sold out situation. She said it was a booking.com problem. While i.understand both ways, it said NO PREPAYMENT, PAY AT PROPERTY. and this is what they should've done. If this was someones debit card and they live week to week, it could really mess someone up to have to wait 4 or more days to get their money back. What if i wanted to pay cash? And then be out the money for 4 days, waiting on the credit? . This is unacceptable and booking.com needs to take this up with the hotel. Ive booked at least 4 or 5 times or more with booking.com and never came across this issue.
