Disliked: Old, musty , dirty carpets. Needs an overall renovation.

Disliked: There was nothing mentioned on the booking site about the pool being closed for repairs. This was a birthday trip for my autistic son. He had been looking forward to this all year. You need to keep your property descriptions updated so people will know what they are NOT getting for their money. Very disappointed and if we get through the evening without him having a seizure because of being upset we will be lucky. Also the front desk person was apathetic at best. Seemed unconcerned there were no luggage carts and told me I could walk to the next entrance to get one. I did there were none there. By this time she has disappeared to her lair behind the wall. She never explained where our room was or where the elevator was. I literally thought there wasn’t one. So me and my special needs sons hauled our crap up the steps. And then we discovered the pool was closed.
