Liked: This hotel is definitely top notch! From the time I checked in until check out everything was great. The front desk associates were friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There are no complaints.

Disliked: As we checked in we were told we could not stay because we were “locals”. We traveled 1 hr 45 mins for a tournament stay. It took about 20 mins of arguing back and forth and since the manager did not answer the phone the front desk lady “let” us stay. It was ridiculous and something we had never heard of. I requested to see that in policy and nothing could be shown.

Disliked: There was only one person at the front desk. I called multiple times, was put on hold and then disconnected twice. When I arrived and mentioned it she said there was a line of people checking in. I should have been patient and waited on hold. I was disconnected. She said maybe it was a cell phone issue. Another person at the front desk would be great!!
