Great central stay

Liked: The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and well stocked. The location is close to so much.
Disliked: The elevator was having troubles. But, even with that, the staff helped to make sure everyone was able to use it.

Liked: It was very clean and nice
Disliked: Someone pulled the fire alarm at 11pm and my entire family was jolted out of bed. It was a false alarm but the fire department still arrived it was very loud and took forever for me to calm my children (5 and 1) and get them back to bed. I feel like a discount should’ve been applied since the goal is a “ good nights sleep” which was not had.
