Location was convenient.
Liked: Check out person on Sunday was very nice and cordial -- cant remember her name, but she is an asset to your hotel
Disliked: I didn't like the highway side of the hotel - too noisy and didn't have time to move rooms. Noise above room was very loud as were passerby's in the hallway. Rugs in halls were very dirty as well.Also, the fact that we cannot add Hilton Honors numbers to your reservation if booked thru a 3rd party stinks -- this has happened twice now at Hilton Partner Properties I have stayed at and so we don't get credit for the stay.

Disliked: The total cost shown at the time of booking was $293.21 USD. However, after I checked out, I was charged $306.20 USD. I was not informed of this additional charge at any point during the booking or at check-in. When I asked Booking.com for clarification, they followed up with the hotel — who simply replied that the difference was due to a “new town tax.”Frankly, this is unacceptable. No new tax — or any charge, for that matter — should ever be added after checkout without being disclosed clearly in advance. It’s not fair to any customer to be hit with a surprise charge once their stay is over.What’s even more frustrating is how Booking.com handled this. After raising my concern, all I got was a vague reply that the hotel confirmed it was a town tax. No effort was made to challenge it, question the lack of transparency, or advocate on behalf of the customer. It felt like Booking.com just passed along the hotel’s response without doing anything else.This kind of experience undermines trust in your platform. Customers rely on Booking.com to show accurate, full pricing — not a number that turns out to be incomplete after the fact.I’m disappointed by both the surprise charge and how poorly this issue was handled. I expect a proper explanation and compensation for the unexpected charge. At the very least, Booking.com should take responsibility for ensuring pricing is transparent and customers aren’t left chasing answers after the fact.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate us when our room we booked was not available. It was very clean. Breakfast options worked for everyone. Close to our destination. No noise from the highway.
Disliked: We had a few kids try to open our room door at night and could hear a lot of hallway noise. We were not given the room we had booked, which made sleeping arrangements difficult.

Nice, modern, eco-friendly, well organized
Liked: Very friendly and professional staff. Very clean and good smells room. Cafeteria with all cooking devices and food quality perfectly chosen and accomplished, thoughtful organized!!Personally I was surprised with pancakes and coffee machine!!
Disliked: It’s just a remark: You have a beautiful outside patio with storage for pillows-> After the rain pillows in outside area were wet and impossible to use-> it will be great, if someone will take care for keep them dry -> simple, before rain ☔️ put pillows inside storage table 🤝
