Liked: We have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Express and they never fail to make us happy. Very clean, very friendly. The beds are VERY comfortable and they have full sized pillows that don't flatten.

Liked: The room was clean, breakfast was good.
Disliked: The hot tub broke our whole stay. Which was sad as we pick hotels with hot tubs for a reason. We also could not open our window blind for natural light.
